In the wacky world of news, it turns out that a judge in Massachusetts settled a dispute between Panera and Qdoba over what constitutes a sandwich. The beef is that Panera does not want competition from Qdoba at a certain location, so Panera argued that burritos were sandwiches, which the judge ruled against. Go read the story.
